i use pencils all of the time.. i like to write, draw, do puzzles, make lists... the "pilot dr, grip" (tm) is comfortable to hold for a long period of time. very important for older hands is this comfort and ease of use... i not only recommend it but, i often give this pencil as a gift.

Pilot Mechanical Pencil is the best! I use for fine cross stitch patterns. Added value, I can slip a piece of paper with my name on it under the grip. I do this with the Pilot Pens as well. Less likely to find my pencil or pen has "walked away".
